The location was convenient as it was close to the central station. Storing luggage before check-in and after check-out was very helpful (it made my travel easier). The staff were kind and accommodating.
The room was very basic, reminding me of an Ikea showroom. There was no electric kettle in the room. The bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries, a bit inconvenient.

I found the location convenient since it was close to the main train station. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful (always with a smile!). Beverage machines in the lobby were available all day and night, very convenient.
The room had no kettle. I had to go downstairs to get hot water every time I wanted a hot drink, inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and variety of fruit (the croissants were amazing!). The dining area was clean and well-kept.

The Double Room was clean and well-kept, with practical amenities. I had a comfortable bed and plenty of space for my luggage. The bathroom included a shower and a hairdryer.

I found the hotel very close to all kinds of transportation. I arrived from the airport by train and only had to cross the street. The staff was friendly. I saw the rooms were very clean! Bags were stored safely in a locked room on my last day.
The breakfast could use a little more variety. It could also have more fresh products available to pick from

The location provides easy access to the train station and multiple entrances to the U1 metro line. Public transport is fantastic, and I took a day trip to Bratislava, Slovakia, from the main station, it was easy.

The bathroom was nice, and the hotel supplied towels and shower products to use. The room featured a decent-sized refrigerator. I found that the hotel was basic but clean though the room was well kept.

the staff were very friendly, and I felt welcomed. breakfast offered many options i really enjoyed. the location had superb access to the main train station. i found this very convenient, especially for early departures.
my room was basic, a little too much for my liking. there was no air conditioner in the room, only a fan. it didnt work so well. the fan worked poorly making the room hot.
